如果你恰好打算8号来参加我们的放映，不知道能否请你帮忙，（1）提前到场帮助我摆放桌子

（2）帮助我们售卖饮料给到场的观众（包括你自己）

if you are to join our screening event on the 8th (Saturday), I hope you could arrive earlier and help us (me...alone actually) with

(1) arranging the tables;

(2) serving the audience drinks.

很多中国、日本朋友帮忙我做这次活动，不胜感激。

Without the help from the Chinese as well as Japanese friends, the events are not possible at all.

我想这是最后阶段，也是最关键的一个要求。我们目前缺两名帮手。不一定要，但是我非常希望你会说很简单的英文或者中文。

Therefore I guess it's the last request...we need around 2-3 helpers. Not a must, but I hope you can speak a bit English, or/and Chinese. If you cannot, no problem at all!

作为感谢，我会给您您当天的路费，和我们的一套两张明信片；对不起，活动本身就是几乎零成本的，只能为你做这么多。剩下的，都靠电影了。

In return I would reimburse your travel expense (wish you are not travelling from Tokyo to Osaka hahaha) , and the set of postcards (2 pandas). Awfully sorry that our event is run with almost no budget, so I'm not able to pay you a lot . But I believe the films are the best rewards.
